Pastor Dorothy is the amazing wife of Bishop Rawle Mitchell and is mother to many nationally and internationally.
She has traveled extensively, ministering with the Harlem Gospel Choir in Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, and the West indies to name a few. She Loves designing and decorating. With over 40 years as a Master Beautician, retiring only to be along side her husband in full time Ministry.
Lady D is a Mother of Mothers and is passionate with seeing the fulfillment of all God has called us to do individually and collectively.

A true Jewel, this woman of God brings over 50 years of
experience into our circle Having also served in the business and Government sectors for 30 plus years. With specialty areas of Federal & State Taxation as well as IRS Section 501C3 Churches and other Nonprofits/ charitable organizations.
Recognized by NAACP/Black Caucus of Tuscaloosa Al. She is also noted as being Youth Activist Co-Founder of the Boys & Girls Club of Tuscaloosa, Al. Her passions run deep when it comes towards seeing the growth and Fiscal stability of Gods people.
Senior Deacon David Mitchell.
Sr. Deacon David Mitchell. A man who is passionate
about Gods Word and his Work. He has been a
member and supporter of our ministry for over 20
years. As Senior Deacon he keeps keen eyes on the
Mission and Vision of our Ministry.
By trade he is a
retired mechanical engineer with over 50 years in the
field and over 30 years of trucking experience. His
personal philosophy involves providing opportunities
for anyone needing to refine their skills to be a
productive member of society. In addition, Deacon
Mitchell is the Father of our Bishop and keeps
oversight of our vehicle’s maintenance, ensuring safe
travels to and from as we serve.
Minister Arthur C Bell
Mr. Arthur Bell is a husband, father & Grandfather as
well a business owner and Associate Minister with New
Beginning Ministries International. The Grandson of one
of Detroit Michigan’s most loved Ministers Bishop
James A. Bell deceased.
Arthur Bell is a builder of Structures and People alike who works passionately in the counseling ministry of
Celebrate Recovery. He personally assists our Bishop
and is responsible for the growth, maintenance, and
upkeep of our Dothan Alabama Facilities.

Mrs. Kenisha H Richards
Director/ Ivy League Academy
With over 20 plus years of Child Care and teaching
experience, Mrs. Richards brings a world of professional
experience to our team and the classroom. She directs
the daily affairs of our Training and Care program to
include our USDA Child Nutrition Program. She is
Certified in various areas to include Early Childhood
Education.
Master Issachar M James
A true master in the Art of Self-defense and personal protection. With over 30 years of experience, he has graced some of the Highest stages in his field and is a GRAND Champion many times over. Not only is he a 7 th Dan Black Belt, but also the creator (SOKE) of the Scorpion style of martial arts which is internationally recognized.
His foundation comes from a life grounded in Christ by the influence of his mother and father Internationally Recognized Mother (Living) and Bishop S.D. James (deceased). This leader has a deep pedigree and is committed to the protection of our Bishop, First Lady, our staff and the people we serve. Everyone needs this kind of person on their team.
